Who actually drives my car?
A full-time DDD professional. Every valet passes licence, background and sobriety checks, and you see their photo, rating and experience before they drive.
What if my car gets damaged?
Your own motor policy covers an authorised driver, which is what your valet is. On top of that we cover your insurance excess up to S$3,000, plus any damage our valet causes. File a claim in the app and we answer within 48 hours.
How much does it cost?
S$58 flat, anywhere on the island, between 8:30pm and 3:55am. Outside those hours it is S$65, and a valet may not be free. Adding a drop-off on the way is S$10 each, up to 2. If you keep your valet waiting more than 5 minutes at pickup, waiting is S$15 per 15 minutes. That's the whole price list.
How fast can a valet reach me?
Typically 10 to 15 minutes in central Singapore, longer on a busy Saturday or out in the far east and west. You will see your valet accept, and you can cancel free of charge any time before they are dispatched.
Can I cancel?
Free any time before a valet is dispatched, S$10 after dispatch, S$20 after arrival. If a valet cancels on you, you pay nothing and we find you another.
Do you only run at night?
We run 24/7. Nights are our specialty and cost S$58. A pickup before 8:30pm or from 3:55am is S$65 and depends on a valet being free.
